Day Seven is a three-panel comic strip Danny began writing in 2010, during his last year in college. After unsuccessfully submitting it to the I.U. school newspaper, these comics remained on his external hard drive...until now. There are five primary stars of the show:
-Sid McGee: a snail and scientific genius, who struggles due to his small stature
-Archie Tooth: a giant squid who endures the other characters' shenanigans
-Magoo: a bigfoot with a slight sociopathic streak
-Hector Hatcoil: a beatnik python with a laid-back attitude, though he is defensive of his tree home
-Andy: the imbalanced, inconsistent cartoonist who draws the other four, and yet never appears himself
